Rob Wilke presented the LSA KPI Reporting System and explained how it has been integrated into the College’s business practices. Wilke helped to develop the system which is now used by Deans, Chairs, and Key Administrators for management decision-making and in preparation of budget materials.
Wilke's demonstration of the KPI System included discussion around:

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are metrics delivered through Business Intelligence techniques to help an organization define and measure progress toward organizational goals. KPIs assess the present state of an organization and assist in prescribing a course of action.
