The University owns an enterprise license for a suite of decision support products from BusinessObjects.  A limited number of Crystal Reports licenses are also available. These licenses cover all University employees (regular, temporary, students, contractors). 

Units who want to expose their own databases through interface tools from BusinessObjects can take advantage of this license to install their own enterprise BusinessObjects server and run the software at no cost (no licensing or maintenance fees).   Units must be willing to maintain their own environment, including hardware, software, and security.
