Rob Wilke, Database Analyst at the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, will present the KPI Reporting System and explain how it has been integrated into the LS&A's business practices.

Wilke's demonstration of the KPI System will include discussion around:

  • The development process

  • Future enhancements

  • Technical overview of the architecture of the system

  • What to consider when developing your own report
