Admissions Dashboard in M-Reports
This new reporting tool is a series of interactive pages that allow you review admissions status against user-defined targets and status at this time last year, review student quality based on median test scores and GPA, and drill to student details.

Highlights
- Ability to compare admissions status by year for admitted and matriculated students
- Number of applicants, number of admits, and number of matriculated students and their calculated selectivity along with a view of student quality based on median test scores for the admitted students.
- Additional criteria can be used for filtering the metrics shown on the page. Criteria selections include department/program, test score range, gender, ethnicity, residency, citizenship, and GPA range.
- Drill down to student details to view application information such as test scores, GPA information, program, and status.
- Review schools and colleges who feed into programs. The drill down feature allows you to see the student details by school and college.
- Ability to select programs with target admissions and matriculations that are established. Access is limited to only those programs in your area of responsibility.
- Data can be exported to Excel for additional analysis.
Overview
This admissions dashboard displays admissions data in a useful way for Deans, Directors, and Department and Admissions Chairs. As of September 2009, it is available to select Law School staff.
It is populated with M-Pathways data from HEODS (M-Pathways Student Administration systems operational data store) daily in order to provide timely information during the admissions cycle. This dashboard should be viewed during the admissions cycle to monitor progress against goals and track status against this same time last year.
