Welcome to the University of Michigan Business Intelligence community! This presentation will give you a brief, high-level introduction to the basic concepts, practices, and benefits of Business Intelligence or BI.
This instructional presentation consists of four modules, each of which requires three to five minutes to view. You may step through the modules in order, or view sections independently by clicking on the tabs along the top of the screen
